5 High-Priority Groom Wedding Day Tips
You’ve put the plan together. Your are ready or not to shoulder all the responsibility. These tips will help you. Focus on these. And avoid the rest. After all, this is one of the biggest days of your life.
1. Get her a gift, write her a note.
I like the reading of something extra special at the rehearsal dinner. Then the next day, right before the ceremony have your Best Man do this. Find out where she is getting ready. This could be at the church, at home, or at the hotel. Have your BM go there and hand a gift and a not through the door.

2. Are you Wedding without a license.
You should be taking the lead on this. Your best Man should have your back. Your officiant will sign it and send it in to the proper authorities.
3. “And now ladies and gentlemen welcome the best man…”.
Have you ever been to a wedding where the Best Man just rambled on. Or worse when the Best Man had some off color, risqué story to tell. Maybe he tried to do a roast of the couple. Leave that to the professionals.
Remind your Best Man to give a brief, family appropriate toast.
4. Smile.
Have you ever caught yourself in a candid picture not smiling? It can be awkward. And there are going to be a lot of cameras, and eyes, focused on you.
Remember to smile. It will not only look good in the pictures. It will make you FEEL good. A smile leads the emotions of the smiler.
5. Have Fun.
And speaking of smiling. Have fun. While you’re having fun, the fun will spread to others. And this is what a great celebration is all about.
