15 MINUTE GUIDE TO WEDDING FITNESS
You’d like to get into Wedding Day shape. You might just need a little sculpting or want to start on the right path. Either way your wedding day is a good excuse for EVERYONE to get started.
Let Go Of The Stress
There so much stress in our lives. We want to let it go. And this workout will help relieve the stress. This way you can get to the good things like planning your wedding and looking great on the day.
Fix The Food
No more Krispy Kremes in the house. You’ll want to clear your pantry and fridge of all the junk.
Drink lots and lots of water. This will help you shed, and keep you energized. 8-12 glasses a day.
Speaking of junk get rid of the sugar. It’s hidden in a lot of things so watch put.
Keep your meals lean and add plenty of veggies. They say your plate should be 1/2 veggies 1/4 protein, and 1/4 carbs.
This next one is the hardest. No alcohol. Call me, let’s talk.
Get Some Rest
All this extra work will mean you need to repair your body. Give it a rest.
So much happens when you don’t get enough sleep to sabotage your progress. Get the zzz’s.
So Here’s The Plan
The plan:
If you don’t already have them, get some weights. 5 pounds, 8 pounds, or more. If you don’t have weights use a can of beans (no really get some weights).
Get in a good jolt of cardio. The cardio combined with muscle toning will show off in no time.
