A Couple Who Got COVID-19 at Their Wedding Became Symptomatic on Way to Honeymoon. This Symptomatic Covid Honeymoon is not your idea of wedded bliss.
Symptomatic Covid Honeymoon
This Ohio couple went ahead and had their wedding, despite the risk of the Coronovirus.
83 guests attended their wedding. Out of those 83 guests attending their wedding 32 of those guests ended up testing positive for coronavirus.
The couple who’s newlywed last name is The Bishops said this: They started becoming symptomatic on the way to their honeymoon in North Carolina.
With hindsight now they are expressing regret. They regret having gone going forward with the plans for their big day during the pandemic.
This is what they said: “You’re in the moment. You’re having fun. You don’t think about COVID,” the bride Mickayla said.
How Did It Happen?
The bride suspects most people became infected on the dance floor, where guests were face-to-face with no masks.
Many weddings have been telling their guests that they will provide masks and hand sanitizer. The problem is that many guests attending will not follow the guidelines. And that’s understandable because you want things to be normal. And you want your guests to have a good time. But these are not normal times.
So if you don’t want a Symptomatic Covid Honeymoon you might want to think twice about going ahead with your wedding. As you can see this couple regrets their choice. Not only did it effect their honeymoon, but it affected their guests. And from there after effecting their guests, it spread to other people in the community.
There was a Long Island wedding recently that effected the staff, and guests, and people in the community. This caused some strong words from Gov Andrew Cuomo and resulted in the venue losing their liquor license.
But don’t fear. You’ll make the rights choice and there will be people to support you.
